Worst service staff I have encountered. Twice in a month I had to take the car for service, but they claim they checked everything the first time and that its unfortunate some other things went wrong the second time. The latter I had to call for an update, "We can't find your car" two hours later, I get a notice that the car is in service. I went to pick it up and they charge me a different amount I had pre-approved three days prior. I could not drive the car as they lost my key. Finally they found it, but by that time I was already on the train. Sales: When I first took in my car I asked for a rep to go over some options for trading in the car. 45min, no one showed up to the waiting room, so I left. I get a call 2 days later with the estimated trade in value. I get a call 10 days later "I have here that you were interested in trading in your car." Sorry I could not give you my $40k business, but it is hard to trust your dealership. As one of your worker said in Spanish "we are thinly staffed here and there is no coordination for servicing the client." 

My name is *********************. On January 10, **** I brought my 2018 Infiniti Q70 in for a scheduled oil change at 7AM. I arrived 15 minutes early and was able to bring my vehicle into the garage. ***************************** greeted me at my vehicle and still checked me in for my appointment and aloud me to come in and wait in the waiting room. Once a technician arrived ****** advised me that my vehicle was being worked on. I had other minor work done like coolant flush and cabin filter change but I was able to leave in a timely fashion. ***************************** also was able to apply a discount to my service which was great. Thanks ***************************** for taking care of my vehicle once more and it is always great to see. You are a great and wonderful adviser. See you at my next scheduled appointment.

I purchased a 2021 Q50 in October of 2022... I've had a couple of issues, but they were expeditiously resolved.I'm always treated with respect, and the staff goes above and beyond to make my experience with them a good one.***************************** and *********************** have consistently provided me with excellent customer ************************* a result, I'm already looking forward to my new purchase from Berman in 2024.Happy Consumer,
