Absolutely horrible company. Do not care about your business or taking care of your concerns. They came out, took a deposit for a siding repair, and never heard from them. We tried calling and being patient and were treated horrible. We are new homeowners and struggled with just wanting communication. Called the owners and did not hear back. 1 month later two men show up saying they were there to fix it. Now three months later several men, about 5, walk on our property, go in our backyard with no notice or call saying they were here to fix it. While it was already fixed. This company only cares about money and absolutely horrible with customer service and clearly unorganized and lack communication. Absolutely do not trust them with your home.Review from Adele B

I used Above Par to have new siding installed. When I called to schedule the initial appointment, *** came over very quickly. I signed the paperwork that day to get the job started. I was told that the job would be started within 2 - 3 weeks. After a month, I started baking *** and the office, and NO ONE got back to me. The siding was delivered, and sat on my driveway for another 3 weeks before the installers came. They did a great job, but there were nails all over the place, even after the ******************* came over to pick them up. I'm still finding nails. After the job was done, *** told me the reason they didn't do the work earlier, is because they didn't have enough workers to get the job done. He should have mentioned this from the beginning, rather than not responding to me. The office was also very very unresponsive as wellReview from Donna B

Initially we were pleased with the roofing and siding job. Unfortunately it went south from there. They installed our front door, side door, picture window, and octagon window incorrectly. We have been trying for several months to get them to come out and correct their mistakes. We've received several promises and even paid them in advance for them to make the corrections. Our next step is to hire an attorney. We've tried to be patient and reasonable. It has been 287 days since the tree fell on our roof and the project still isn't completed. Now we have to escalate this even though we have tried to avoid doing so. Sure, they seem like nice guys, but their customer service and follow through is awful. Homeowners beware!"

Donna- It is unfortunate that you feel this way, I know the process has been quite long and at times frustrating, but remember some of that was due to the fact of having to negotiate and settle everything with your insurance carrier. Now regardless of that, I am aware of some issues that need to be corrected pertaining to some workmanship. As we certainly strive to avoid any production related issues, inevitably they arise from time to time. Rest assured, these issues will be fixed and corrected, as we stand behind our work and want to ensure our customers complete satisfaction.
