      I had high hopes when I discovered AKIRA as a place to shop, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite risky. The fact that they rely on *** for shipping in ********, ******** (you can check the ****** reviews) is a major concern. It seems that they are almost guaranteed to mishandle or even "lose" your packages. What's even more disheartening is AKIRA's lack of willingness to assist and their robotic, scripted responses. As someone who values good customer service, I couldn't help but feel let down. It's essential for businesses to go above and beyond to address customer concerns and provide a satisfactory user experience. ********************** needs to reconsider their partnership with *** and implement better customer service policies to meet customers' expectations.

      This company falsely advertise expedited shipping on their website. I placed an order for 2-day shipping and haven't received anything. I reached out to CS for an update and was told its still being processed. Ok, great - I then asked for shipping to be refunded since its being serviced as a regular shipment instead of what I paid for. No response.

      It's impossible to return things to this store. Whenever I tried creating the return label, it wasn't an actual link. I tried emailing and calling customer service multiple times and was unable to get in contact with anyone. There's one address I can send it to but I'm not even confident I will get my refund if I do that.

      This company charged my card days if not weeks after my first and last order with them. It was a fraudulent charge. Zero stars.

      I loved the boot but the customer service is trash. Reviewing the below reviews I'm mad I didn't check here first. They sent me boots I needed (attire preselected) 2 days before an event I did an unboxing on my socials and what I discovered was a noticeable flaw that shouldn't have left the facility. Its a black book with a white demarcation line. My options were to scrap my outfit or **** it and wear the boot and return or exchange later. They had the audacity to say that even though they sent me the messed up boot because I work it for 3 hours I cant return but they'll give me 15% off for a future purchase quite insulting for $90 boots. They don't even appear worn lol, what was worn was the right boot they allowed to leave their warehouse for a customer. I wasn't seeking anything for free, just a quality pair of boots that looked like the picture they advertised. They should be ashamed but they're not. To add injury to insult the coupon code was already used highly don't recommend solely because of their customer service and nobody's checking the condition of the product before sending it regardless to if its their fault if you wear you own it.

      This company basically does not allow refunds. If you buy items using one of their promo codes (of which they heavily offer these), you cannot return your items for a refund. Many customers say this company uses cheap, thin material, yet many items are pricier, so you'll buy expensive items with a promo code to help, but then you still can't get a refund if it doesn't fit. Bad online practices!

      This company is terrible I ordered some boots and the sizing is way off!! Runs really small. I will never order anything from here again. Don't order from here you will be disappointed

      Terrible. Both physical store and online. I bought a pair of sandals for my daughter and had to return them. They wont give you your money back. They just do store credit and FORCE YOU to buy more. Not only that but the products are low quality and the sizes are ridiculous. Do not go to this store and do not buy on their website. Its basically a scam. Horrible. Horrible and worst shopping experience Ive ever had.

      I had to give them more stars than they and the business practices of Akira as a company deserve. As cute as these are, do not buy. Mine broke in literally 2 minutes! Even if you return them before the 14 day return policy, they will refuse to honor the refund because "they've been worn". Duh! They are shoes, they are to be worn and shoes, they are to be worn and should not break in 2 minutes. I emailed and sent pictures to corporate / customer service and never got a response one way or the other. I called about a week later inquiring if they gotten my message, still no response.

      Terrible quality for expensive prices!!! Purchased shoes from them and I am noticing unless they are sneakers, the quality is TERRIBLE AND CHEAP. The heels/sandals are expensive and break/tear right away. The heel on the bottom of the most recent heel I purchased came apart the first time I was going to wear them. The jewels went everywhere. So embarrassing. PLEASE DO NOT BUY HEELS/SANDALS FROM HERE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED FOR THE CHEAP QUALITY VS THE MONEY YOU SPEND. ??The worst part is they are not even willing to refund OR exchange for replacement.
