Hiring Valdicass to replace my sliding doors was the best decision. From the moment I spoke with ****, who explained the process and details, I felt comfortable. **** made sure everything was planned, kept in touch on any changes, and graciously answered all my questions. ***** and his team did the installation and not only did a good job but were enjoyable to have around for the day. They truly cared about the work they were doing and it shows in my new gorgeous doors.

Replaced all the windows in my home and a patio door, all were done full frame extraction. The experience was terrific from first measure to final install. The office staff is responsive, sales staff offers several options and install crew is one of the best I have worked with. The level of detail and keeping the home clean was outstanding, you can buy the best product available but if you use low quality labor, you end up with a bad product. I would recommend Valdicass to anyone considering window or door replacements based on the competitive pricing the the dedication of the install crew to do the absolute best!

From the initial email and call, to the quote, and installation, Valdicass was the definition of professional. Top notch customer service and clear communication. When installation day came, the team showed up on time and was impeccably clean and considerate of the work space. Our house was built in the 80's and still had the original windows and trim. You can tell the big difference with the new windows and white trim. No more draft through the windows. The window looks fantastic, too! Valdicass replaced some windows in another unit in my building and were highly recommended. **** came out and gave me an estimate and walked me through the process. ***** the on-site project manager was great. The floors were covered as was the furniture. They did a great job. Everyone from Valdicass were very helpful, **** (sales), **** (operations manager), ***** and his crew. I would highly recommend them!

We selected Valdicass to cut 2 new window openings into our house as well as replace a problematic window. They had very competitive prices compared to the other vendors we solicited. Due to price point, we went with them. I'm honestly very glad we went with them. Validcass has provided top-tier service and work quality from the start. They did an excellent job addressing any hiccups during the installation process as well as worked with the village to get a passed inspection. I can't foresee any other vendors giving this level of service. I would highly recommend them!

I spent a significant amount of time researching windows and window companies for my home. My home had original Pella windows from **** and it was finally time to have them replaced. I watched video after video and I had all of the top companies come out to provide estimates. At the end of the day Valdicass **** was a clear front runner. I contacted them after being referred by a neighbor and when I called, I spoke to **** who was fantastic. **** set up my initial consultation and stayed in contact with me thought out the entire project. They provide me with an in-depth Q&A on the high-quality Pella products they offer. I had plenty of time to go to the showroom and meet with **** who was my rep on this project. **** was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job outlining this project in every aspect. On several occasions I met with the owner of the company ****** who went above and beyond to work with me on this project, and for that I am thankful.
