            I signed a contract with Your American Windows in October of 2021. They committed to install 10 windows for a total of $6,850 & I gave the sales rep *********************** a down payment of $3,000. He indicated there would be a delay with the shortage on parts but they would be in in the Spring. I followed up after not being contacted with any updates. I spoke with a staff named *** who indicated he was just reviewing accounts that were outstanding and he would call me back. That was in April and I called back today and the number is out of service with no forwarding number.

            They are responsive until your windows are not installed, after that, they totally avoiding you on the phone. I called them for the warranty and they said I will get in 3 to 4 weeks and now more than a year and I am still waiting. I also called them a couple of times for air leakage from 2 sliding windows every time they said the manager is not here she will call me back, and that never happens. Once I got a call from the sales department for more doors and I complain to them too and they said they will leave the message for the manager and I will get a call in 2 days, it happened almost 2 months before I am still waiting.Now our couple windows giving the issues and they are no where to be found. Will give 0 star.Please dont buy windows from them.
