We are a dental office and have been using Officite for several years. We have had an issue with the site not working properly and are unable to see any Analytics, as the analytics page is inoperable. We submitted several "tickets" and support requests with no solution. Officite support said they are "working" on it. We received several contacts from Officite stated that the issue is resolved when it wasn't and had to resubmit support requests and then put back at bottom of queue. We have been without service for 4 months. The support service for office site is severely lacking and I would recommend to anyone that they seek other services.

We are a gastroenterology private practice that was sold Reputation Tracker plus maintenance with listing pro for each of our 5 doctors PLUS the group name at $79 a month times 5 doctors and $89 a month for the group. The flyer and salesperson states "your master profile automatically replaces any or inconsistencies across major healthcare directories with your most recent information". They billed us for 8 months. I searched for one of our doctors and his information was "inconsistent" on the very sites that Officite told us they work with (i.e. DocSpot, Healthgrades, and Vitals). I was told by a manager that they have another company that they work with and that this does not mean that they fix them, claim them for you, or alert you that they are inconsistent or incorrect. So when I asked then what am I paying for, I was told that the main feature is meant to alert you of any reviews....which makes no sense. I requested a credit for not getting the service I paid for and they said no way. They also billed us for a link for 8 months so that patient can access GI information from our cite but they FORGOT to put it on our website. That they acknowledged and gave us a credit for. Buyer BEWARE.
