            On may 5, 2023, I wanted to have my crawlspace cracks sealed, so I did sign up to have the work done, and at the same time I asked to have pictures send to the phone for me to view because I am claustrophobic, old, and cant see it for myself and he said he will send it right away. Work was scheduled in two weeks, never received a simple request to get the pictures from them, that was disappointing. So I called to reschedule, after to finally receiving the pictures, So the next scheduled date was set for the end of May. When the day came I was informed that the crew will show up between **** pm. [no show] now they are an hour late, called the office as to why they are not here yet, and says they are running late. Right when he pulls up we get this big rain, so I cancelled their service just because they are not honest and it wasn't meant to be. such bad luck on their part .When the office lady kept saying they and all along it was just one guy doing the work and I happened to be the fourth house scheduled that day, according to the worker, right there that showed me, I wasn't going to get quality work done. And I no longer wanted anything to do with them, I don't trust them do the work So now I had to dispute the credit card charge, and I didn't have it resolved because US Waterproofing lied to my credit card company that service was rendered, when it never was, I fired them, because they were not honest from the very beginning, I am so glad I didn't allow them to do the job, they are not trustworthy and I want my money back, the mistakes are on them.

            We are extremely satisfied with US Waterproofing's staff and work from beginning to end sales .. customer education responsiveness workmanship.Due to size and weight constraints of various items, we were only able to provide a minimal amount of workspace in many areas for the crew. They were able to adapt to our limitations and did a great job.**** (sales) and **** (field service manager) were both knowledgeable and very responsive by e-mail, phone and text. We had a variety of questions throughout preparation and during the process. They were always available. *** (permitting) was excellent in navigating the issues our community was having with its computer system and backlog of permit approval. The scheduling team was also very good to work with and moved us up in the schedule when our permit was finally available. ****** and his crew were hard working and skilled. We feel confident in their work. ****** was always able to address any questions we had during the 3 day installation process.******'s crew exhibited a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. On one occasion, during lunch, we observed one member of the crew sitting on the lawn picking spilled gravel out of the grass one piece at a time.Through years of wall leakage, our floor had a buildup of lint and dirt stuck to it under basement appliances. This could not be swept clean. We had planned to take care of what was left ourselves. Upon completion of the project, everyone was out of the basement except ****** and one other person. We kept hearing scraping and thought it was some touchup troweling of the new concrete. Upon our final walkthrough we saw that the stuck-on dirt and lint was gone. In addition to the floor being swept clean, as stated in the contract, someone had hand scraped the buildup. This goes well beyond the usual cleanup of construction debris.If you are looking for basement waterproofing, we highly recommend US Waterproofing.
