I would have given a 0 rating if I could have. This is a company that is completely unethical & known to price ***** their consumers. We had a sprinkler leak at *********** sent out a technician 2 days later. Despite multiple requests, they never gave us an estimate for the service. Even after their technician showed up - he asked us to contact the office & the office never gave us an idea of the costs. 1 month later we received an invoice of $2,200 for fixing 1 broken sprinkler head - which has still not been replaced. They told us that the price was because they charged us an emergency service call at the rate of $250/- per hour for 7 hours! The guy barely worked in the house for a couple of hours at most. Imagine our shock on finding out that he billed us this emergency rate including his lunch break as well as time to go to the store to pick up some parts. We tried to reason with the office manager ******************************* & even offered to pay for 3-4 hours of work (despite this being far longer than the actual time). However, she was very abusive to us & told us invoice stands as is - despite the work being incomplete
