Worst towing company every I was at my apartments parked in the visitor all night I left at 5am to get something for my child wasnt gone more then 30 minutes and my car was gone they had to be watching and waiting then after that it took them until 2pm to tell me why they towed and and told me I had to pay to get it out $250 then when I told them I needed my car asap and that I was on the way they told me someone will be there I went there nobody was there I called back they told me they didnt know what I was talking about that they dont remember talking to me and will send one of the men towing to fine release my car I sat there for 30 minutes more and it wasnt even a worker like that said it was a man in a regular car I was told it was gonna take so long because they was finishing a job this is the most ridiculous this Ive had to deal with in my own apartments also there no postings on my building saying if you dont have a sticker you will be towed ! No where on the inside or outside of my building I have the videos to prove it this is the worst and most unprofessional company -10/10 will never recommend

This company and staff are the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. I wish I could give -10 stars. My work van was illegally towed in September from a private lot. The driver was advised that he was not to remove the van as it was still on private property and the owner was present with the key. The driver did not listen and towed the car anyway. It literally took hours to get my van back. Calling was useless as the staff was positively clueless, unprofessional and unresponsive. The manager "*****" never returned a single call or answered when I called over the next two days. One person, I believe her name was *****, was professional the entire time. One manager whose name I've forgotten but I believe he managed the drivers was absolutely ridiculous and all but called me a liar - rather than talking to his driver. I had to dispute the situation with the state of ******** and while I am getting a full refund and the tow driver was fired for whatever reason, I will never get my time back and the inconvenience of an illegal tow was not repaid. This company should have been heavily fined to discourage illegal practices. And judging from the multiple bad reviews on BBB, ****** and Yelp, they just should not be in business.

I would like to first start off by stating that from my first initial encounter with this company was not only negligent but unprofessional. I parked my vehicle to simply get supplies for my business, only to find my vehicle damaged with no note nor contact information. This is what you call a hit and run. As upset as I was, I still gave whomever damaged my vehicle the courtesy and opportunity to make things right, that was not given to me at all. I took time from my work day to search nearby businesses to see if they caught anything on video surveillance. The driver nor company did not assist in this matter, as again their driver did not stay for the incident. When I found the video of the tow truck hitting the driver side of my vehicle, I made the first attempt to reach out to the company only to be treated disrespectfully by their dispatch representative. This is far from being professional when all I was trying to do is give this company the opportunity to reach a fair reimbursement for the damages their driver caused. Now after going back and forth with their "**************", I was pawned off to their "claims department" with no direct number, only e-mail correspondence. And the multiple times I have called to get in touch with someone, regarding my numerous e-mails that were left with no response, representatives told me to just e-mail claims again as they did not have a direct phone number. I was told I had to get 3 quotes after I already sought out to acquire 2 estimates on my own. Which I complied to their request only to be told that in order for me to get my vehicle fixed that I would have to bring it to their shop. This is MY vehicle and where I choose to take it to be properly repaired is MY choice. I was not given a list of approved shops, I was told.A month and some weeks past of trying to get my vehicle fixed and/or reimbursed for damages I was told that their company has handled this particular situation professionally, with offering me not even half of what my damages will cost. I have been left to continuously reach out to see the status of my repairs/reimbursements because their representatives have trouble responding to my emails. After all that this company had the audacity to falsely accuse me of making fraudulent insurance claim. And to this day my vehicle has yet to be fixed nor have I received reimbursement for the damages. I would say that this company has a history of causing damages (I read multiple reviews) and leaving innocent people to pay for their faults.
