This is the second time I have done business with this company the first time I spent $2500 and my transmission wasnt repaired I had to junk the car. This time I had my at their shop because the prices were reasonable and Im a single mother and thats all I could afford. I had a transmission rebuild I thought. I had to go there multiple times to have my car looked at and they kept denying anything was wrong. I paid $1800 and I have had major problems every since. During the warranty period I kept taking my car back there and they never fixed the transmission. I took it to multiple shops *** every shop told me I need a new transmission. It is leaking and they glued it together with silicone which is now peeling off. The car was lifted in the air on a car hoist. I took pictures to add to this complaint. I would like a full refund because the car is not drivable due to the transmission. I was told that the fluid is also too full. I kept driving back to this business 50 miles from home almost 8 different times. This is unacceptable the vehicle is a few miles out of the warranty this was my last resort I left with no car and costly repairs. The pictures shows the tacky job also transmission fluid leaking out of transmission. I just want my money back. I attched a invoice from another transmission shop that looked at the vehicle its states that 2nd gear is also missing. Please help me this is not right. The owner said they would fix it and that was a total lie. Please look at the pictures. The only reason I went back here is because ***** the receptionist assured me that they have fixed their prior bad history. On ****** there are multiple complaints and bad reviews. Just not right
