            On 10/10/23 I called AAA for a tow, they sent *** & A tow company employee. The gentleman informed me because I have an AWD he may not be able to tow the vehicle (since he didnt have a flat bed vehicle) but he would speak to his someone at the company and let me know. He never called me back and I ended up calling the place it was towed who confirmed it had been left in the parking lot. No follow up call. When I picked up the vehicle I had an AWD error code and was also making a humming noise. I called the gentlemen who towed it and left him a message about my concern of the warning and the noise after I picked up my car but he never returned my call. was asked to get 2 estimates and when I submitted them they refused to pay. It took over a month to hear back AAA about the claim and they said T & A. I ended up spending **** for the repair for an issue that they caused. I have a. Clear photo of my car being towed with the rear wheels down. He could have just told me to call in for a flat bed versus towing it incorrectly.

            Hands down the worst service imaginable.My car was picked up by the tow truck driver at ****am and it was picked up by a tow truck only capable of towing one car at a time. The car only needed to travel 1 hour away, and the driver jerked around twiddling his thumbs and didn't get the vehicle there until almost 5 hours later. What the heck these people were doing with my car for almost 5 hours I have no idea. Hopefully nothing is missing from the car. Hands down the worst, most shady service I've seen in a very long time. If you see this name pull to your car I would advise you tell them to go away and wait however long it is for a tow company that won't waste your time. I'll update if anything is missing.
