              AWFUL!! Never buy from them! 100% buyer guarantee is a lie! I purchased 4 tickets to ***************************** months before the event, got an email confirmation - a week prior I had no barcodes for entry - after multiple calls and chats with Vivid that went no where, I ended up calling TicketMaster who said my tickets were accepted/given to someone else. Vivid claimed I was lying and never game me my $500 back. They sure are taking in money by scamming people like this!!

              Hi *********, we understand your frustration with the barcodes not being released until closer to the start of the concert. This is a common practice by venues and digital ticket issuers to help prevent theft of tickets, or the creation of fraudulent tickets. The documentation we were provided by the seller shows that the tickets were accepted by the same email address you provided us for this order, and the tickets were in your account at the time of the concert as shown in the video you sent us. We hope you had a great time!
