I purchased the exterior protection coating thru my dealership when I bought the car in early 2023. Several months later there was some sort of "overspray" covering the entire outside of the vehicle. I reached out to ECP to begin the repair process, and they ********* was as pleasure to work with. The process was clearly explained, and within a couple of weeks the process was completed and the exterior like brand new.What I enjoyed was not "being in the middle" of the process. ECP worked directly with the dealership and the body shop, and all I needed to do was drop the vehicle off for the repair. They couldn't have made it any easier for me!I guarantee my next vehicle purchase will include ECP's protection plan!

I purchased both the exterior and interior protection armor coating through my ****** dealership in 2021. In the past 6 months I have filed both an exterior (rail dust rust) and interior (vinyl seat cracking) claim. Both claim specialists I worked with were very helpful and clear in their directions. During the exterior claim process I had to secure estimates and for the interior claim ECP contracted someone to do it. The repair turned out terrible. The seat looked worse than it did before. I emailed the claim specialist with photos of the repair and she replied to me what the service technician said, which was basically a bunch of excuses- "the vinyl was a tricky material." So I called the claim specialist and she was so nice, understanding, and helpful. She immediately contacted her manager and advocated for a complete cover replacement instead of having the technician try to "fix" his shoddy workmanship and ruin it even more. I was so nervous to call and complain about how terrible it looked but my specialist was patient and understanding. Would pay for the coverage again knowing how great their customer service has been and standing behind their warranty to cover things. Hopefully they continue to stand behind it if I happen to need to make another claim in the future and this wasn't a one time thing since it was my first interior and exterior claim.
