I had the most beautiful experience with Ms. ******* as a customer service representative. If all customer service representative nationwide was as pleasant to talk with like Ms. ******* returning a products it's would be awesome experience. The blower itself worked pretty well until the oil spout tube and the dipstick came out of the motor. Tried to contact customer service for over 2 months now with no help from them. This is the worst customer service ***** I have ever tried to work with. They ignore our calls and voice mails along 8 E-mails. I would never recommend this company. Still waiting to hear from them and try to get it repaired. I live in **** but if I was close to their business this snow blower would be in their front lobby until they fix it. I don't know how a business can survive with customer service as poor as this company has. Do not buy from them!!!Review from Michael B

Used snow blower twice. Auger stopped turning. **************** was just a series of lies to make me go away. Do not purchase!!!! $600 out the window and I have to figure a way to dispose.Review from Bettie E

Ordered a snow blower on 1/14/24 through ******** Did not perform. Called Powersmart customer service at least 6 times in the past 2 days. They put you in a que and the recording comes back every so often to tell you that you have moved up in the ques. when it gets to you, it disconnects. Was on hold each time for a minimum of 45 min. before they disconnect you. I've sent several emails and now i see that it's a generic email. All I want is to return this piece of junk and receive my refund. I also only wanted to see how to procedure with returning this item. DO NOT ORDER from POWERSMARTReview from John H

Ordered a snow blower online and it came with NO parts to assemble it. Plus the oil carton inside the box was damaged during shipping so leaked throughout. The dealer I bought it from states he can't get the parts from the manufacturer so is of no help. Tried contacting Amerisun aka Powersmart support to get the parts and they never answer the phone or respond to emails. Horrible purchase experience and would warn others to NOT buy anything from this company.Review from Harold and Julie G

We purchased a Powersmart snowblower directly through Powersmart in mid September 2023. First snowfall was last week, November 26, 2023 of less than 2 inches. Would not power through and tried contact support for any help. NO response through phone option, email to customer support and no call back from anyone. The return policy is 15 days for full refund. Our total cost was $449,99. Not knowing the machine not working properly and 15 days have lapsed. 2 year warranty and cannot get help and only option is to return at our cost. We are very frustrated due to the lack of any support whatsoever and are senior citizens who desperately need a proper functioning machine due to the ******** bad weather condition. WE feel as though we have been scammed and just want our money back in order to purchase another elsewhere. From reading through their complaints here and elsewhere, sounds like its the same for all. Why would we want to return a product to a company that does not respond and possibly never get our money back. We will not recommend this company ever. Their products cannot be returned to anywhere that sells them either. People are directed to deal directly to ******************************** *** for any support and takes you right back to the beginning of our complaint - no support or contact at all.Review from Susan H

Doesn't honor a Recall! Won't sell replacement parts and answer e-mails or phone calls! I have tried to contact them 6 to 10 times with e-mails and called several times! When you call you get an automated voice saying there are 3 calls ahead of you, then 2 calls then you are the next caller in line. Then it comes on and says there is no one to take your call and hangs up on you! This has happened 4 or 5 times with the same results and that can't happen every time1 They have responded to e-mails and even sent replacement part numbers and costs along with a recall part and pictures of how to put it in place but have never allowed me to place the order! I've even called the parts department with the same phone voice results. So you will believe me about the phone calls you can call the number listed with your Company info! They have a local number but you get the same results! I purchased my Powersmart Snowblower from ******* and have also contacted them. This **************************** ******************** *** should be shut down! All I want is the Recall part and the 2 replacement Belts so I can use my Snow blower this winter and am willing to pay for the belts. But when there is a recall for a dangerous part that could injure someone, that should be taken care of immediately or a Government Agency should be getting in touch with them! Amerisun *** sales defected Powersmart mowers and will not honor their 3 year warranty, I purchased my mower in 10/15/22 through ******* Online and used it for the first time in May 2023. The mower blade broke loose with the shaft and destroyed the mower. After many attempts to contact Amerisun by email, phone calls about the powersmart mower failure, ,Amerisun would not answer their customer service phone line ,after many attempts to call them for several days or answer my several emails. I contacted ******* on the online purchase customer service number and received a great responds from ******* customer service, ******* honor my defected Powersmart mower purchase with a refund for the broken mower and were told not to send the mower back to them but just get rid of the broken mower. Thanks to ******* ,I were able to purchase a new mower, but I will never purchase another Powersmart mower. But I will continue to purchase with *******.
