I am very displeased with this contractor. I contacted Lion because of the reviews. They didn't respond to my first or second request but I granted them ****** When I sent an email informing them that nobody had contacted me, they sent out a person to give me a quote.After that, it took a long time and many requests to receive the quote. I still moved forward but looking back I shouldn't have.The day they came out to do the work, a person by the name of ****** did the work and ****, one of the owners came by when he was nearly finished. When I took a look at what they had done, they wrapped one of the posts along the ******** to stop the leaking. They didn't take off the post and fix the roof properly. I asked **** if he was the owner and he replied, "No, he was not." I asked him to please have the owner contact me immediately. Nobody contacted me. A few months later, I received an invoice. I explained that I was very unhappy with the work and there was no follow-up or customer service. They did not care. They said, 'We did the work. **** was an owner and he was there and now you need to pay us. I am filing a BBB against the company and will be writing this review on every single platform to inform people of their shoddy work and bad business practices.
