***** Adjusters Network, *** is a worst company to work with. My house had a Tornado damage in 2021. The day immediately after the Tornado, a LAN-*** representative stopped by my house and offered to fix everything by going through my home insurance. I did not have enough knowledge about how to do this. So I signed few documents allowing LAN-*** to represent me with the insurance company. The insurance company sent out an adjuster who came and inspected the damage. The insurance company paid out the money to fix all the repair in the name of the Public Adjuster and my name. For all the work LAN-*** wanted to undertake, they took the money and reimbursed the remaining portion to me. I had to go through lot of trouble to find the contractor who would work with the remaining portion of the money left. LAN-*** took all the money allotted to fix the roof without doing all the work. I found out that all the work was not completed by LAN-*** and forced them to do the job by going through the list of work the insurance company paid. A few weeks after LAN-*** completed their work there was heavy rain in our area. I went up to the attic to inspect if there were any leak. Sure enough, there was a leak and took pictures of the leak and sent to LAN-***. A guy from LAN-*** stopped by to check. He told us that everything would be fine after few weeks because the new shingles takes time to settle down. After few weeks there was another heavy rain fall in our area. I checked my attic again and found that the leak worsened and now it started dripping water in the attic. Because of this water leak not taken care off in a timely manner, now my house has mold in the attic. My overall experience working with LAN-*** is horrible. They are only interested in taking your money and not doing proper work. I will NEVER recommend this company for any work on any house.
