      I would not use this company. I ordered Coretec luxury vinyl and when the product came several of the boxes were damaged. The delivery person asked if I wanted to take the three pallets. Needing the product for my contractor to get going I accepted. We took pictures of the damaged boxes and I requested immediate replacement of the damaged boxes. The company kept asking for more and more proof of the damaged material and refused to either replace or refund me for the damaged material. I managed to find a few more boxes from retailer nearby and had a few left from a previous project and it was just enough to complete the project.I would not use this company under any circumstances. The customer service is horrendous and they do not stand by their product.

      I had a wonderful experience with Efloors.com. I ordered the flooring when they had a great sale, and they held the order for me until *************** was ready for it. It was sent to me straight from the factory. I thought customer service was excellent! I worked with *****.

      I placed an order of ***** square feet of luxury vinyl plank on a Thursday of a holiday weekend with the understanding that my order would ship in 5-7 business days, per the ******* website. My order shipped from ************ the following Tuesday and arrived two days later in *********. Shipping was provided by Fed Ex Freight. It was the cleanest, damage-free freight delivery I have ever received. My price per square foot was about a third of what I was quoted locally. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them. I had a great experience.

      I ordered over $16,000 worth of flooring from them and they failed to deliver it on time which costed additional money to keep the contractors on hold and my stay at hotel ( as we had pulled out the tile flooring in house, we couldnt stay in our house).(Little background: when I placed the order they told me, it would take 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. A week past and I did not hear anything from them, therefore called efloors. Representative reported that they do not have enough product available at their warehouse and she reached out the flooring company. After long hold, she reported no one are answering and our shippment will be delayed. My question was, 1) why did you wait till I called to call the company when there is not enough product in your warehouse. 2) why did you not inform me so , I can have cancelled my contractor. After long argument they agreed to ship ~**** sq ft that was available in the warehouse and they assured me that rest (60sq ft) will be shipped in 1 or 2 days ( I have voicemail stating that) and I should start the work. I called after 3 day, they said, it should arrive within time but it took another ~7days for it to come. I understand delays can happen however, they did not bother to call me or update me about the delay until I called them. After I called them, they contacted the flooring company.They agreed to pay $1500 for my inconvenience and its been 6 weeks and I did not receive the amount. They kept pushing it.

      Would give 0 stars if It would allow. Started off saying my flooring was in stock to oh we cannot find it, to now your flooring is in but its damaged. It will be another week or so before it arrives. Still no answers to wether it arrived. I have emailed and called and its a different story everytime! They dont respond to giving me a refund for my order. Their communication is terrible and would never recommend to anyone!I guess I should have looked at all these reviews before purchasing as everyone seems to have the same issues

      I can't give any stars to this company, especially reading the below complaints that are similar to mine.I also was happily greeted when I called ******* to order flooring, and they happily took my order. When I asked if it was in stock they said yes and I could have it in two weeks. I asked if it could be in three and was told "Of course." I never heard back with the promised emails concerning delivery status. I emailed and got no response so I finally called and got a "not so very nice" person who said the floor was back ordered (which I knew because I tried to buy it from 2 other places that said it was not due into the country until the first week in May) and could probably have it in a month. I asked why I was told it was in stock and asked what happened to it if it was? I did not get an answer. I then emailed Britanney, (the ** of the ***** who, FYI, was the one who happily took my order. She said she was investigating the problem and awaiting a call from the flooring company. I have yet to hear about that "investigation". So, I'm assuming they never had the floor. I finally canceled the order. I still do not know what happened and I'm now awaiting confirmation that my order was indeed canceled. Potential customers, Beware, the business operations, and the customer service are terrible! *******, You can't blame COVID for poor customer service. Honesty is the best policy, still.

      They did not correct a four carton overage, and shipped it to me and refused a refund to me. I would not do business again with them.
