    July 12, 2022 I would like to express my disappointment with the services received for the installation of my water tank. To start the technician did not bring all necessary parts to effectively complete the job. He wanted to place a new water tank in a drain pan full of water. I paid an additional $420 for parts and labor. When I visited my property to inspect the work completed the exhaust coming from the furnace leading into the hot water tank was not installed. This was a hazard to my tenant as carbon monoxide is being let off in the air in her home. The tank that was replaced was not properly installed and did not fit the area it was place in and there was water leaking behind the tank. I reached out to the company who installed, and **** visited the property Saturday and said someone will be back out to make repairs because it was a bad job as he shook his head in disbelief . This has been a huge inconvenience to both me and my tenant. ****, I assume was the owner said it was a bad job and that he would fix it correctly without an additional charge. He uninstalled the hot water heater and put a bucket under the water line and ask my tenant to empty when it gets full. My tenant called and said that she could not keep emptying the bucket. He left he hot water heater in her living room and said he had to wait on the parts. She still did not have any hot water for her and her family. We had to compensate her for the inconvenience.This was under a home warranty(Choice Home Warranty) so we called the company and they said don't let him back and they would send out another vendor.     ******* was my technician from *****. He misdiagnosed the issue multiple times. They came out 6 times in which he missed 5 appointments. Without give me a call or anything so I was waiting and wasted so many days. The excuses were ridiculous, he said he ran out of gas one day, then the next he over slept, or he is tired. Very unprofessional. My A/C still does not work. The owner of ***** texted me saying I owe him $510 even though the job was not done. He came out finally to check it out. He missed 2 appointments. He said he could not do anything at that time and he would come back tomorrow at 4pm. I call him at 4:30pm and he tells me hes busy with someone else and he will be there at 6:30pm. I call him back at 7:48pm and he said that is with another client because they installed a brand new unit 2 weeks ago and it went out. I LOST IT.. I have been without A/C for over 2 months. And also how bad does it look that you guys cant even install a new system.
