            Got a new A/C and humidifier on 5/3. Shortly after install, we noticed it was not working and unit was leaking in basement on floor. We called for emergency technician and they came out on 6/5. The technician told me he felt oily substance by unit meaning it had a leak in freon. He went outside and did a test and it was fine. Confused, he said he was going to explore more. He never addressed the oily substance and said the outside unit was too dirtly and clogging unit. I told him it was 32 days old. He then realized it was thier new unit and said he would clean it and we had too much pollen. After cleaning it, temperature never went down and after numerous calls to argue, we had someone come out on 6/8 to find the new A/C had a broken piece. The previous technician lied about dirtly unit and did not address oil. On 7/5, we noticed unit ran all day and temperature in home was 5 degrees above set temperature. I called and GM keeps telling me they stand by their products and install.
