      I am completely disappointed in the treatment I have received from *** at the office, and especially **** the maintenance man. I moved into a dirty apartment as well as a my shower head fell off the first time I turned it on. *** has ZERO customer service skills, and **** not only tried to intimidate me, but also used some racial accusations. He was very rude on the phone when I called since I had been unable to shower since the day I moved in to see when he would here to fix it. He was rude on the phone and said I guess I'll drive all the way there its gonna be late. He was less then friendly and told me I had a BLACK man staying here and my apartment smelled like marijuana. This is racial profiling and there was no weed being smoked I am on oxygen. The accusation alone was concerning. The fact that he went next door to talk to another tenant about me is unacceptable. I am a senior in a senior living apartment - I am told my grandson can't play here, I am being harassed from the maintenance man, and I just recently had a major stroke. My daughter pays for me to have help from this "BLACK MAN" and due to the fact that I have needs I have help from him and Home Health (which she is a BLACK lady as well). In addition, to speech & occupational therapy, Meals on Wheels, just to name a few. He accused me having someone else (BLACK MAN) living in my apartment. Yes he was there to help me get settled, unpack, and ensure my safety. I can't express the feeling of being helpless and being attacked by the maintenance man all within a week of moving in. I would think very hard about moving to this place. They are not senior friendly at all!

The turn off valve for the water was broken. The property manager called a plumber two days later. Had them pull the toilet.
