I move in to my trailer in late 2023. They promised me a screen door. Still no screen door. They don't follow through.  

I moved in here 6 years ago as a last resort. And it was indefinitely the absolute worst decision I have made in my 27 years of life. The first issue began not even 2 months into our lease (we put 10k down on a **** holandale $15k trailer). When we did the initial walk thru I told the maintenance manager that there was a soft spot on the floor. He looked at me, bounced on it, and said "ah yea we can fix that no big deal". So we signed the papers and moved on. 2-3 months go by of trying to reach him. It takes my fiance to LITTERALY fall through the floor for them to come out. And they say "well your leasing it so it's technically your responsibility". OKAY then whyd you say you could fix it if you didn't have the intention of doing that. Second thing. Fast forward 2 years and we're coming to a close on our lease. I've been in contact with my property manager trying to make sure we don't overpay. And every time I speak with her she just says that she's waiting on corporate to call her back. So i tell my manager that i can just call. She tells me the corporate lady is terribly evil and won't respond and I need to just keep paying. Lol no. So I email corporate lady not ONLY did she respond within the hour with a PHONE CALL but she was incredibly friendly. I was paying close to 300 for my lease and my property manager solely wanted me to pay that for other reasons. Finally the last big thing. Fast forward another 4 years to 2020. I was on vacation and received an email from management saying that THE ENTIRE STAFF was replaced (fired). I thought how strange. I get back from vacation and learn that (allegedly) they were fired for embezzlement. Makes sense. So in between all those big things there has been copious amounts of drama and dismay. It has been a true nightmare and I CANNOT WAIT to leave this painful decision in the past. Run fast and far.

They r way to money hungry there lot rent is well to over priced, plus they tell people they r going to get there checks over nighted when they buy ur mobile ***** *** don't get them yet, & they told us they have first pick in buying people's mobile ***** that we r Obligated to ***** ****** not in the papers we signed when we moved in here, which is a biggest mistake of our lives. This place should only be rated at a 2 or 3 star not no more these place don't deserve a A rating, it's a F rating. Please help us to get our money they owe us for our mobile ***** we haven't gotten our checks Yet at All. Please help!?
