They are increasing our lot rent an extra 10 dollars just out of thin air and then making us pay an extra 22 dollars for garbage pickup in a few months even though they already told us before hand that it was already included in our lot rent from before a year ago when it was only around ****************************************************************************************** the attached photo. They tell me that I haven't been paying my lot rent in full but refused to accept the fact that it's their responsibility to provide a statement or receipt for what is owed and blame it on the people living on their land that it's their fault for not going out of their way. The owners say it's not their fault that the post office doesn't mail our statements anymore as I haven't got a statement in almost a year. I decided to pay the flat fee of ************************************************************ our mail. Turns out i had a 112 dollar water bill for a few months which i was told is the same amount as a 4 person household. I live alone and am barely home to even use my water. And also not to mention about the previous statements they also increased our lot rent by 20 dollars last year and didn't bother explaining anything as to why just like this coming year they plan on increasing it another 33 dollars , ***************************************************************************************** our lot rent when it was only 400 dollars. Where is all this money going and where is this so called expense report? They had me pay 600 Dollars out of thin air because it was my fault I didn't know what to pay and it was my fault that I didn't go and contact them as if it's not the duty of a consumer to be provided a receipt.
