Lived at one of their ***** properties for almost three years and just moved out. Instead of letting me pay my last utility payments via the property (either online or in person) they sent EVERYTHING to a collection company!But nothing was past due! I never got the information to pay so I had to call the company directly and they treat you like some common criminal WHEN I DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING PAST DUE I JUST WANTED TO PAY MY LAST WATER BILL. The amount I was told was due by the property and the amount they tried to collect from me were NOT the same and then there was ANOTHER processing fee to get this handled online. Actual trash business and business process.
