      This company is a joke. They took over management of the building Ive lived in for the last 5 years and theyre such amateurs. Their level of communication is terrible. Ive had so many issues with my most recent lease that its ridiculous. I dont have enough sanity left to elaborate on all the details but they can never get my monthly balance correct. Theres always extra charges for something that shouldnt be there. The Property Manager does not step in and take initiative when a situation is escalated it took me ccing the leasing offices email and stating how unbelievable it was that the Property Manager hasnt contacted me due to all of the issues Ive had only THEN did he step in and his communication is terrible. The unit I moved into was not cleaned. I pulled out my stove and I dont think it had EVER been cleaned behind there. There was also dried up pee on the outside of the toilet. They gave me like $100 or something as a compensation since I just recleaned everything myself it was disgusting and I sent the office a video and pictures of what I saw. Property Manager never reached out on that topic. The quality of the property at ******************************** in ******* has declined since Waterton took over. Everything from the name of the building (********? Really? The ******* L is dirty, rat infested, and unpredictable why would you name a luxury apartment company after that?) to the kitty litter looking rocks they placed in front of the building (literally kibble sized light gray rocks covered in dog pee and poop), to stuff like gym equipment that needs to be replaced due to wear/tear, to (some) of the incompetent people in the leasing office (including the Property Manager). Its just ridiculous. This company is easily bringing in over $1m/month in rent yet they seem to struggle with keeping track of the most simplest of expenses and account details.

      it looks like everyone is having the same problem as i am. a promised refund that never came. i was in the processes of renting a property in **********************. and the there was a breakdown in communications and for some reason the apt i was promised was delayed twice. so i was waiting for about a month to sign the lease and paid a refundable security deposit of $625. the leasing agent that was helping me was on vacation and i stopped by to sign the lease and they said they could not generate it without the original agent there so i asked to speak with the manager and for some reason she started getting angry and began to yell at me so undoubtedly i was offended and she even threatened to call the police on me for trespassing if i didn't leave, and i was still under contract and the property had about $1000 of my money.so i waited for my original leasing agent to get back from vacation but in the meantime the property manager canceled my application. and i have proof because of the timing that i was canceled and other emails that they acted on their own. and now the regional manager ********************* is denying my request to even prove the timing. and its all documented. i have spoken with her about a month ago and it was all excuses about why im not getting my money. and last week my bank call her and she promised that my refund would be sent on friday. Now she wont answer our phone calls. i have proof in documentation that the time line is all wrong. And now all i want is either a refund or a letter for the reason for the denial of my refund. so by all the complaints it seems that the management *************** their mangers to ignore the problem until it goes away. if the issue is not resolved soon i will be forced to take the next steps.

      Arcadia Apartments claims Waterton has cut a check for my reimbursement and said its postal service, claims shes not withholding my money, but dodges my calls, no one from either business calls back still have not received my money from a promise date that 12/7/2023.Never lived there. Opted out of moving in after reading horrible reviews about the apartment complex.

      I used to like this place but it takes a lot of begging for them to give you your deposit back. It's like they're hoping you just let it go. Terrible. It's been 6 months since I moved out and we still don't have it.11/29- Absolutely terrible. New management refuses to pay our deposit back and is throwing a bunch of hidden charges at us after 7 months of constantly asking them to give us our deposit. Ridiculous. SEVEN months of following up and getting ignored.

      Horrible management, horrible communication, horrible conditions. They had a month in between the previous tenant and I, and I walked in with painted over chew marks all over my molding. There was pee from someone that used my bathroom and didnt clean up after themselves. Muddy footprints all over from my patio.I went a month without a washer and it turns out they just had to manually turn on the water meanwhile they gave me the complete run around just giving any excuse they could than actually give me ************ theyre doing the same thing with me for my heat, what kindof apartment requires management to turn on your water and your heat for usage? I should be able to use my utilities when I want to use them. Its ridiculous! ALSO my dryer is now not drying and going on 3 weeks with no updates. They said they would come back with a part and left me sitting in my apartment half the day with no updates. I had to call them to find out a part had to be ordered. Were a week out and I had to call yet again for an update and they couldnt even tell me if it was ordered, when it was coming in, etc. Everytime I call regardless of the issue, they can never give me answers. Its always I dont know. Ive talked to at least 3 separate people. Im highly considering moving out and Ive only been here for 3 months. Talking to anyone is useless

      I moved here in March and was excited but that start simmering down really fast . All my outlets are upside down , the frame around my dishwasher and microwave were loose and my floors got flooded 3 times with water bc the tub wasnt sealed or the piping and I was only compensated with a $100 gift card to replace my things . I repeatedly was told to throw away my shoe bench that I had in my own common area and to remove my mesh net off my patio because it wasnt cohesive to the look of the apartments and even though other residents have the exact same thing as well as other decor like curtains and trash and washer machines on there patios When I showed my concern I was told to reach out to corporate which I did numerous times and still havent heard back just voicemails and office management told me we can agree to disagree about my concerns and shell reach out to corporate regarding my concern when she had the time bc she manages over 300 units . The answer I got when it came to equality was that there was none . I wish there was a option to leave no stars .

      There are many issues that have arisen since new management took over; dirty carpets that smell like dog urine, one of the elevators being broken for several weeks and so much garbage in the parking garage that we actually had a raccoon for several months to name a few. What really frightened me though was being made to feel uncomfortable by an employee at the front desk who told me hed been watching me on camera. That actually made the rest of my stay here anxiety filled. I stopped using the gym and other facilities as much after that. While the employee was eventually fired, I never received a follow up from management even though they said theyd follow up with me. Instead I took to using different exits and entrances to come and go. I was worried the person whod made a move toward me would do something more next time, especially with me talking to the property management team and possibly even having access to my information. It wasnt until another desk person let me know that the person who had been watching me had been fired, that I even knew action had been taken. This really soured my overall experience here at The Elle and if I couldve moved out sooner I certainly would have. No one should have to live with that much worry.

      i do not know where to file a complain, but igive 1 star because of the employees in the office of chase knolls apartment at ******* oaks **********! they still cahrge me ******************* rental insurance even i give them the copy that i have rental insurance? and additional security deposit of 250 plus 149 holding deposit and my parking even i got 1 car and when i read the adendum 1st car is 25 dollars and 2nd car is 75 dollars! i saw 2 car on my account but i only got 1 car? and when we move they put my parking garage too far from our apartment but i told them we have close parking area beside our apartment? please i would like to review my payment who is incharge with it!

      Hi! Its unfortunate for me to have to say this but Ive lost faith in the management at ********************* in ******* management by Waterton. Theres been issue after issue and it seems never-ending. First I signed my apartment lease with a move-in date of March 17, 2023. And was told that the apartment was not available and needed renovations on the day of move in. I had to find an Airbnb for a month until April 17th. On April 15th I went to the leasing off to pay my security deposit only to find out the apartment still wasnt ready for move-in. I learned Id be placed in a temporary apartment until my apartment was done with renovations. The communication on the status of the apartment renovations was poor. At this point I had already activated the electric utility account for that apartment. About 1.5 weeks later my apartment was available. It was finally time to move into my new apartment. I had to move my things from the temporary apartment to the new apartment which was an inconvenience. When I arrived to the new apartment I tried to open the door with the keys provided by the leasing office and they did not work. I had to get new keys made on the spot. Upon moving in I noticed 3 issues: the dishwasher didnt work, the garbage disposal didnt work, and the a/c air filter seemed like it hasnt been changed in years. Additionally, I realized the rent cafe website did not have my apartment linked to my account. I brought this up 3 weeks ago and the issue wasnt resolved until yesterday morning. They notified me that I needed pay rent ($1200) yesterday. The account still had discrepancies which I brought up. Now my rent cafe account is unavailable. My patience is running very thin and Im debating on receiving legal advice at this point.

The community was undergoing renovations as of the lease start date and, unfortunately, due to ongoing construction delays out of our control your unit was unavailable at the time. We were able to temporarily accommodate you on-site for several days. As previously discussed with you, we were dealing with technical issues as to RentCafe, but we have corrected this and are still actively working to resolve the matter of your security deposit. Additionally, if you have experienced problems within your unit, we would request that you submit all requests in the form of a Work Order to ensure we can assist you in a timely manner with any issues you may be experiencing.
