A management that has nothing to stand on! Nice people, beautiful floor plans, but I can not put kindness past the wrongs. HOA fees are $320 but don't have anything to show for it. No care for lawn maintenance, parking, inspections are out of date,etc. I'm concerned with where our (owner's) contributions go if it's not going towards the upkeep of the building. The outdoor maintenance (front lawn and parking) is poorly neglected; the plants look dead, no one has come to mow the lawn and there's dog p*** in different spots! The fire marshalls have not come and inspected the building since 2019, there's trash in the front of the buildings and in the parking lot. If you're an owner everything is on you but as an owner of an entire building the accountability is lacked. If I knew beforehand how poor their practice is with ownership, I would not have purchased a unit in their building.

Dear Deja * working for a condominium Association its different than a rental building . First * we can not make decisions without the board of directors . We just follow their lead
