              Me and my roommate lived at ************* in ********* for a year, and the office lost our move out notice and claims we never told anyone about it. We spoke to multiple people including Opal the manager about our move out and everyone assured us that everything was put in the system and we were all set. But when we tried to return the keys they claimed we never gave a notice and proceeded to charge us $2300 for an extra month after we already moved out because they failed to put it in the system. Opal was rude and wouldnt let me speak, and tried to change the dates on the paperwork in front of me to make it seem like we had just then given a notice, which was not the case. I called corporate and ****** laughed at me, refused to help because she didnt see any paperwork in the system, because the office failed to put it in. She told me she was the ** of the entire company and refused to give me the name of her superior. She was rude and didnt care about a serious issue.
