Midwest Property Services / DISSERVICES !Unfortunately there are no options of "0" star, or " negative" star.Absolutely ***** unwanted service, dishonest and leaves you completely ripped-off.They were sent to my condo by condo-managing association, without giving any quotes and not accepting for considerations my research and a very reasonable repairing quotes that I received. Those two people spent 6 minutes at my property, and 7 min at the neighbor's. Everyone from interacting with those two people can witness the time those "technicians " spent in and did not do any "jo. Their **** explanation said " Job done ..."They did not do anything in fixing, just had some very brief chit-chat with the neighbors, witnessed for 5-7 min, accessing my apartment, for 5-6 min, rolling my refrigerator out and back in, to confirm what we knew already, the leaking of water supplying tube on the back. They also stated we need to call specialists , who does the repair, because this group does not do it. Shortly after I received the charge for $ 204. 75!!! What for?! For reported almost half of day ( 3 hours and 30 min) of "a very hard work" at my apartment . This is a complete lying and this cannot go unattended. I lost my job due to *****, I am a single parent, and household head. those money can provide a food for my family for half of month The quote, that I found, to fix and replace the small damaged tube on the back of the refrigerator with original GE piece, including the actual repair work, was $175 and from the local ***. This is the message, I got from the *********** partners, ( managing condo association ), on September 14, 2020, when I asked to address this non-sense:"as far as the billback for $204.75, that is still an outstanding balance on your account. I placed a call to ******************** and asked that they review the paperwork from that day. First, you need to be aware that any ******************** call does include time getting to the job site; which I was told was approximately 35 minutes. Secondly, with any leak issue, two technicians are automatically sent which then doubles the time as well. After leaving a job site, there is time in the vehicle when they upload photos and any other information from the inspection. The Office Manager at *** did not find anything out of the ordinary upon his initial inspection but he did say he would speak directly with the technicians and let me know if he learns anything new. At this point I just have to wait for his reply" It is extremely frustrating because this situation is not addressed as of today. I am getting threatened every month by receiving a **** due The dishonesty of such firm is brutal!They should not be on the market at all. They lied about the timing to get to my place too, stating at least 35 min- one way??? 5 miles? I am really questioning their consciousness and cognitive ability and possibly cognitive dissonance. Their physical address is in Addison, *****************************, to get to my place is 4.5 miles (or 8 minutes by car). This scam lie and rip-off is unacceptable.Also, why do I need anyone "duplicated" in two to look for the leak, without doing any job and telling me that I need to look for some guys , who can fix it?The interesting fact was also noted, that they parked on the side parking at our complex, and spent another more then hour there, doing nothing and playing with their phones. But I was explained, they need to have enough time to upload pictures. Really? What pictures? How many hundreds or thousands of the pictures? The Midwest Property Services is a scam!The brutality of this " business" is unbearable and their dishonesty is beyond any acceptance and intolerable! **** to believe this group in on the market for 22 years.I truly believe they should not be given the privilege to serve people and be around with such " non-sense" imitation of so-called "service"******
