I am seeking resolution to this matter in the form of an apology, document requests and reimbursement ($2500 value) from Gemini Builds IT. Date of transaction/delivery was supposed to 12/9/22 but not delivered until 1/20/23. Gemini fails to take responsibility for their failure to deliver product on time and cannot provide receipts, shipping labels, or any documentation displaying the proper address of **********. The product was clearly shipped to the wrong address and they proceeded to cover up their mistake and will not respond to my requests.This past month has caused much stress and aggravation for me and my wife. In the end, all we wanted was the artwork, of course, and for someone to take accountability and own up to their mistake. We were patient throughout this entire process and worked with everyone in good faith. It should have been obvious when Gemini could not provide a receipt or any documentation with the incorrect address. Geminis dishonesty and lack of accountability is disappointing. They failed to take any responsibility for their actions, offered no apologies, and potentially forced their client (************************* art gallery) to refund and/or create new artwork for us. They continued to place the blame and burden on all of us without taking any accountability for their actions; even placing the blame on the person at the wrong address claiming she removed the label.***************************** and her team misled us down a path of aggravation and unnecessary time and effort by forcing us to provide documentation, engage law enforcement, government agencies, and many of our friends and neighbors. We need a response and resolution to this matter.
