If could give a minus star I would. Signed a contract with Repipe Specialist on 7/11/2023. Work Order number ******. Put a 10 percent down payment of the job of $1400. Salesperson ************************* scheduled work to be done on 9/13-9/14/23 by a contractor. On the day of the job, the contractor arrived and someone by the name of ** from the ***************** arrived at my house without me knowing. About 30 minutes later, I asked where's the permit. Looking at my contract, ***** circled I should get it, but on the back of the contract, it written on all copies of the contract that the contractor gets it. My husband called ***** and he arrived at my house on 9/13/23 and we proceeded to fill out a "Change Order" form whereby stating that Repipe Specialist would get the permit. The contractor nor Repipe Specialist have NOT filed for a permit to work in my city as of today's date. I have kept in communication with R.S and the contractor throughout this whole process. On 9/20/23 at 758 am, I emailed ***** about getting the permit and on the same day he emailed me back saying "thanks for update and that he will keep me posted. Haven't heard from him since. Terrible company to work with, scammed out my money!! Horrible experience. Do not do business with them. And make sure that anyone coming into house that they have background checks are done on them.
