Technician was professional and knowledgable. Not high pressured at all. Explained my hot water heater problem in terms I understood. They are fair, knowledgeable, and never try to oversell you. Ive used them for repairs, upgrades and advice on my options. Today, *************************** helped me - what a gem. Nice, respectful, discussed options and did repairs and upgrades quickly. Nothing is cheap in todays world, but at least with Precision Plumbing, you get what you pay for. **** looked at a toilet issue, provided an estimate and we ultimately opted for a new toilet along with a valve replacement. **** completed the job as stated in a timely fashion and answered all the questions I had for him.
