      Plumbing Express, **** came out Wednesday, 4/12/23 and rodded the toilet as it was plugged. When I asked the plumber-****** how could I prevent the clogging of the toilet going forward he recommended the Kohler toilet as he said "in 25 years he's had no complaints about it." So, on Thursday, 4/13/23 ****** came back and installed the new toilet. I paid $895.00 for these services. I have since heard that this was an excessive price to be charged.Then on Saturday, 4/1523 the new toilet plugged up again (from stool). When I called the plumbing office I informed them that I was told that this should not happen. They said they would send someone out and I would not be charged. Well, another plumber came to my home, and unclogged the new toilet, AND charged me $195.00. He would not proceed to unclog my toilet until I signed a willingness to pay the Today, 4/19/23 I called the plumbing company and asked the person who answered the phone why I was charged yesterday when she told me I would not be charged? She said she would contact the manager. ************************* who installed the new toilet called me. He said he heard that the new toilet clogged up. He recommended that I have them install a device that also will push air while the toilet is flushing. However, he did say it was not a guarantee that this would stop the toilet from clogging. He wanted me to pay another $200.00 for this installation. I told ****** that this company is scamming me. He was verbally aggressive and argumentative, and I had to end the call. I then called the plumbing company back and asked to speak to the manager. The person who answered the phone (the same person as throughout these calls) said she would send a message to the manager and without notice hung up on me. I have yet to hear back from this company. This company does NOT stand behind what they tell you, has poor customer service, and has seemingly figured out a way to keep charging exorbitant prices to fix a problem

      I woke up to find water leaking front my living room ceiling and none of my usual plumbers were available for service that day. I got ********* plumbing from an acquaintance and made the mistake of not checking Yelp before calling them. When the plumber got here, I showed him the leaking water valve on the toilet then asked if he could change the other toilets as well (4 total) and flappers (4 total) since they were also corroded. What seemed like a simple project took him 4.5 hrs. He did ultimately install 2 new water intake valves as well and overall the job was acceptable..that is until the bill came in: $1480. This was a normal weekday during working hours. Never have I had such an egregious price. I've had other plumbers come in on a Sunday and charge me double for a job that was much more laborious and it be only $1600.When I called the office to ask for their hourly rate I was told they don't have one and it's 'based on the job'. So then I spoke with the plumber who said he charged me $255/hr + parts. $255 for changing valves?!? I kept asking him how he came up with the $255 and he just kept repeating all the valves he changed. If I had know I would have been taken advantage of I would have just waited the extra day and used my regular guys. I called the office once more in hopes of speaking to a manager and was told they were closed and I would receive a call the following day. Nobody followed up and at this point, I'm not wasting any more of my time on this issue and will chalk this up to a terrible experience from a company I will never use again or recommend. There are so many reputable, honest, great plumbers out there-do yourself a favor and don't use this one. PS: I really believe that they took advantage of a woman with 2 kids at home, in a panic state about water coming through her ceiling and gouged me on the pricing.

      During the initial visit, ************** recommended a well-known brand of toilet that has received positive feedback from our customers with no issues or concerns reported.Regarding the second visit, we understand that the customer experienced frustration due to circumstances beyond our control. ************** was informed of the issue and charged for the service rendered. The toilet that was installed was working properly as it should, however we cannot predict or be responsible for clogs due to stools. However, we offered to replace the toilet with a power flush model free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, considering the customer's situation. We returned to the customers home and removed the previously installed toilet and replaced it with a new power flush toilet. As a company, we are committed to supporting our community and delivering exceptional service to all. We would like to clarify that our staff firmly denies any allegations of aggressiveness or rudeness during their interactions with the customer. In reality, it was the customer who demonstrated aggressive behavior in her frustration. We went above and beyond to rectify the customer's concerns and make sure she was completely satisfied with the services.

      The plumber replaced the gel battery on the sump pump backup system in my home. He arrived promptly and was courteous, professional and competent. I highly recommend Flatley's Plumbing Express and will continue to use the company for all plumbing needs.

      Found out today that the work done by Flatley's Plumbing Express was NOT what I was told was done and paid for. The plumber (and the receipt) stated that he put a double wax ring and shimmed the toilet after I had a leak and the toilet was rocking. Well, the toilet started leaking again so I called out another company who showed me what was actually done. ********* plumber used a single wax ring, no shims and tons of putty!! It was a mess!! It looked like a ten year did the work!! I will never use them again.

      On 01-27-22 @ 7:42AM the plumber made the repairs you listed on the receipt you received. We stand behind our work and if you would have called we would made the repair free of charge, we were never given the opportunity.

      Bait and switch. Spoke to the company about replacing sump pump with new all in one sump pump plus backup. Spoke at length about backups with the technician. We agreed on a price for the install: $285 A different plumber came the next day to install and would not honor the price, stating much higher due to backup - despite me clearly indicating it was an all in on prior. I even shared the model on the call and the technician said it was a good pump. I declined their bait and switch price as I view this as a rip off. Adding salt to the wound, owner responds that I was deceptive for not sharing a backup install. He is wrong. Problem is, they sent someone else from whom I spoke. Terribly ran business, not sure if crooked, incompetent or both. The receptionist also refused to connect me to a manager, in fact hung up on me. This place is a joke. Look at their reviews, just terrible. I called around and was able to get properly installed for even less than original quote.

      This review is extremely unfair and deceptive. You failed to disclose that you had a backup sump pump system along with your primary pump that needed to be installed. We gave you an updated cost to install both pumps upon our arrival which you declined. No fee was incurred and you were the one that was extremely rude.

      Plumbing Express ********* ** is absolutely the worst business I have ever had. Whoever needs a plumber to do your sewer line, please read my comments below.I searched online to get a good rating plumber to do our sewer rodding. The BBB rating says A for Plumbing Express so I contacted them and told them our sewer line is about 120 feet to the city mainline. the customer service said there is no problem and they can do more than 120 feet long. We made appointment and a technician came to rod our sewer line and told us that he did 120 feet, the sewer line is clear now. I trusted him and didn't check the total length of the rodding cable. About a few days later, we got backups in our basement! I called them and the same technician came another day and said "show me the backup" otherwise i won't do the work. I showed him the picture of the mess-backup, then he started to rod the sewer line with an attitude. He said that last time he only did 100 feet, now he has more than 120 feet cable (2 bundles of 6 sections in total). I asked him how many feet each section? he said 25 feet. He completed the sewer rodding and left. I was not happy with his attitude and still felt something was not right. I measured the **** on the floor that his cable section left, it was only 12 feet!. I called his general manager and told him my experience of this service and asked him what was the length of the cable section, he said firmly that each section is 15 feet. I said that your technician told me it is 25 feet each section... I felt cheated - the technician came twice and only did 90 feet. our sewer line is 120+ feet, it is totally waste of money! we need to hire another plumber who can honestly do 120 feet.

      ************* was told at the first visit that electrically rodding her sewer line ************************************************************************************************************** her line. We recommended hydro jetting because it goes up to 400 feet. She opted out of the option and insisted we rodded it from the basement. We rodded 100 to 120 feet and temporarily opened the line explaining that we could not warranty her drain line. Three days later she said she was having a back up confirming why we recommended hydro jetting. She insisted on rodding again. We electrically rodded 140 feet FREE of charge from her basement and opened same drain. We recommended a permanent solution but she opted out of that option as well. We are very surprised by the review as the owner spoke with her for 1/2 hr discussing options to help her make the best decision that best suited her. The inspector was called and was told of the situation. He agreed that it would be best for the customer to install a cleanout station as the best resolution.
