            My 1 year old water heater started spitting out soot. I was told by this company that I needed to replace the entire water heater and pipes due to safety issues. I was also told that they could not do any warranty work because they didnt install the unit. The water heater manufacturer was contacted and this information was not true. The unit was cleaned by another plumber and a part that was covered under warranty was replaced. The propane going to the tank was adjusted and now the unit is working fine. If I went off this plumbers recommendations I would have spent $7650 more than I needed to. I would like my service call refunded.
