            They made us sign a promissory prior to work for $403.85 to fix a leak on 5/16/2022. The plumber only opened a hole in the drywall spending only an hour. He didn't fix a thing and still charged the entire amount. We contacted the owner, and he refused to do anything about it.Worst service ever.

            HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS...to have the need to replace a sewage pump in my basement, and the service technician quoted me $1550 and then tried to upsell me an alarm system for another $400+. It cost me $49 to have them come out, but I quickly found another reasonable service to do the exact same job for HALF! (easy job it was..) The technician also mentioned on his way out, if I paid the $49 show up fee, I would get a invoice highlighting labor and material cost...FALSE STATEMENT. Their office instructed me they do not do this and they only give one fee and don't break it down. Probably because consumers can see the overinflated cost in both labor and materials. I am sure they have qualified people, but also figure higher end homes won't think twice at being ***** for services. I am not looking for the least experience, but I don't like being taken advantage of either...Sad...as I wanted to establish a good plumbing services for my local home as I am a new home owner.
