I would really think twice before picking them to photograph your moment or work for them. They really don't care about their employees, they expect too much for the small commission that they pay. I was looking so forward to being a newborn Photographer and at first it was awesome. But they don't offer the training they say they are gonna do. If galleries don't sell then they blame you for it. they are a bit pricey for what they offer and over all just wasn't impressed. They promise to set you up for success and they actually cause you to fail. The other other photographer and I were expected to visit every room and push to take pictures at that moment. They don't care that the mom may have a photographer lined up and or that parents aren't interested. Its about making money, not the person. If the gallery isn't to their standards they will delete and not pay the photographer even if the parents loved the gallery. if you have 15 rooms to visit and 15 galleries to edit it they do require you to edit and show each gallery in hospital before you leave for the day. I was putting in 12 hours a day and sometimes more and not compensated for such. I will never work for them again or recommend them to anyone.
