I have used Payroll Processors for about five years. They did not provide my 2nd quarter tax report in a timely manner. It was over four weeks late. They indicated to me that they would file my Fed 941 and my State il-941 since they had not provided the return to me. I find out later they filed the Fed ******************************** 941. I only found out because the state sent me a letter regarding the delinquent return. When I called P/P about the return no body can tell me anything. I pay them for these reports and the lack of service for this is deplorable!! I still have not be able to get this resolved!!!

Please note that there was a misunderstanding between our tax department and the client. We do not file this client's returns, but as a courtesy, we offered to file the clients federal return for one particular quarter. At this point, there was a misunderstanding where by the client thought we would file both her federal and state returns. The client had called referencing a notice they received for the non-filing of the state return, which again we are not responsible for. We called client back within 24 hours and stated that their was a misunderstanding and that we would make good on her late filing penalty by crediting her account for the penalty amount. Client was happy with the resolution. Apparently this review was written prior to us reaching back out to her to clear up the issue. Thank you
