Listen to me...patents to retail approached me with a promising call and I decided to give it a shot..the upfront cost was $9000 for advertising and packaging..the first 6 months I received monthly updates and then nothing..I knew I was took when their only way of promoting my product was through email,but then to not even send me a single update after the first 6 months a really knew I was conned...if I wasn't conned they would return my $9000 since there is no advertising or packaging...they took my money period..it's been over 4 years now and they have completely forgotten about me...I see that they respond to some of these reviews but I'm guessing that they won't respond to mine..if they do just give me my money back...nothing is going to happen between us..there was no official or legal contract signed,I have proof of payment so give me my unused money back...I'm calling you out publicly...show how professional and honest you are...return the money you took from me after completely ignoring me

Firstly, you mentioned an upfront cost of $9000, which is inaccurate. Our invoice, dated October 15th, 2020, was for an amount less than what you stated. It seems there may be confusion, as you mentioned having used an invention promotion company, Invent Help, in your email to my office dated February 23rd, 2021. I urge you to rectify this confusion and remove the inaccurate review accordingly.

Regarding your invention, the Weight Bar Assembly (US 952-2298 B2), our relationship began with our invoice #***, dated October 15th,2020, as per our records. While our business model offers both licensing and production options, you chose the licensing option, which we have diligently adhered to, providing monthly updates as per our Agreement.

We have received several emails from you acknowledging our efforts and expressing appreciation. For example, your email dated January 22nd, 2021, commended our work, and another email on September 13th, 2021,expressed gratitude for our continued support. Throughout our collaboration,our updates and work product were met with your satisfaction.

Although our Agreement expired, we remain committed to representing your product should interest develop. However, it is disappointing that three years later,without any communication, you chose to post a fictitious and slanderous review.
