Hubby and I purchased a 2024 GMC Terrain from ******************* at Rizza. We could not have been happier with his knowledge, professionalism and attentiveness during this process. We were also introduced to the general manager, ***************************, who was very professional and welcoming. We are just due for our first free oil change and the service **** was quite accommodating setting up our appt. RIZZA CADILLAC - We just purchased our fourth vehicle from Rizza - always a pleasure!! I cannot recommend them enough. ******************* and ********************* were absolutely wonderful. We found our perfect Cadillac with a no pressure, no hassle, no haggle experience, just good old fashion customer service and professionalism. This is why we continue to go back to this dealership. My visit on 2-16-2024. *******************. Great guy! Very knowledgeable. Polite. Attentive. Not pushy. And he listened first before speaking. Everything you need in GREAT sales guy. I did have issues with vehicle pricing. The vehicle I am interested in is clearly priced on the Rizza website. After test driving and starting to talk numbers, the price went up $4395. Added $900 prep costs on a used vehicle. $3495"certification fee" because the vehicle was certified. If this is standard practice, please make this information clear on the website so we aren't wasting time coming to the dealership. I didn't ask for any changes. I expected to pay what the vehicle was listed on the website as. EASY. But no. Disappointed in whoever decided that increasing the price that much was a good idea. I will be shopping elsewhere. Rizza Cadilac members refused to provide me and my father customer service properly. My father and I recently test drove GMC ****** the salesman refused to provide adequate and accurate pricing in ****** to finesse more money out of the customer. My father and I left the premise when the employees of Rizza Buick/GMC attempted to fear intermediation tactics. The discrimination and prejudice displaced by the sales personal and manager was disgusting. Rizza never gave pricing for lease and therefore my father and I was forced to shop elsewhere for a new vehicle.Review from Donaciano V

My son bought a 2019 ******* Tucson in June and now the engine went out.We had the car towed to dealer and they said warranty has expired. *** warranty was for 5years ****** miles. *** car has ****** miles. ***y tried selling my son a new car and give him ***** credit towards new car. I feel the dealer took advantage of him. He's 21 years old and doesn't know anything about cars. He bought the car on his own and I wasn't there with him to look at the car.Review from Robert B

An unforgettable experience to say the least. This is my 3rd new vehicle and by far the easiest and most hassle free. My salesman Marcin and manager ***** went above and beyond for me to locate the perfect vehicle to fit my wants and needs along with staying in my budget. ***** also got me in and out with paperwork. I purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave from Rizza Buick Cadillac on August 28, 2019. My husband and I test drove the car and looked all around the car and there were a few scratches which we brought to the attention of the salesman. On August 30, 2019 while driving the car I heard the brakes squeaking very loud so I took the car back to the dealership the next day which was Monday. I spoke to ********************* the Service Writer. He asked why was I here and I told him that the brakes are squeaking very loud. He said they should not because the brakes were certified. He told me to have a seat in the waiting room. While waiting the General Manager *** walked up. I told him of the problem that the brakes were squeaking loud on the car. He said his wife car does that when she first start to drive. I told him that I did not want this to happen to me and if this was going to happen I should have been told before I purchased the car. This is the same thing that happen to the the 2018 Buick that I leased. I do not want to go through this again. Later ***** my salesman came and told me that they are working to get this fixed. I told him I would like to go home and they call me later to pick it up. I received a call from ***** and was told that the car was ready to be picked up. When I picked up the car the brakes did not squeak at all. As I was driving back home, I realized that I did not get a receipt for the service. When I called I was switched all the round the dealership to about five to six people but no one would offer assistance. I told the switchboard operator that I would be in to pick up the receipt. When I arrive the General Manager was standing outside and he said what now? I told him I wanted a copy of the receipt and he sit down and told me ***** would help me. He asked ***** to get a copy of the receipt and ***** went and retrieved a copy of an unofficial receipt and a posted note with a hand made heart and Used cars that said "We did the brakes. I took the note and drove away. When I arrived home, I got out of the car and noticed a deep scratch on the bumper and called several times to let the salesman and General Manager know but no one answered or returned my call. Also, the car had a few scratches on it and the ***** told me that the Body Mechanic would be in on Thursday, September 2, 2021 to take care of this. He asked the General Manager could I drop the car off Wednesday his off day so it could be there Thursday; and they agreed. I drop the car off Wednesday and I received a call on Thursday, September 2, 2021 around 7:00 p.m. that I could pick the car up. I went to pick the car up and noticed that a scratch was not done. I inquired of ***** and he said this is all he can do. I asked him to contact the General Manager who he went and brought back. The General Manager said that scratch on the car could not be repaired. He said they would have to put another bumper on the car and if they did there was no guarantee that the bumper would be the same color. I asked him what else could he do and he said he did not know but he guess he could give me a few more coupon booklets and I could trade the car in within two years.. Because it was the Holiday weekend He said he would contact the Used Car Manager and get back to me. In the meantime the salesman went and got another person that worked there to see if the scratch could be repaired and he said it could. He said that this scratch had not been repaired at all. On September 18, 2021, I was driving in Indiana with my Mom and I begin to hear my brakes squeak again and when I arrived home the noise had become much louder. As I was driving in the garage, I asked my Mom to get out of the car to see what was it that we were hearing and I rolled the windows down and the brake noise was heard more. I contacted the ****************** and was told that they had to give me an appointment due to the mechanic strike I had to be given an appointment for October 4, 2021. I called the Salesman and General Manager to see if they could assist and inquire about their plans to repair my brakes and fix the scratch and no one returned my call. I later sent and email to confirm I had made several calls to them to no avail. The next day, I received a call from the salesman that stated he had not received any calls from me. I told him I had called him and *** the General Manager several times and no one responded. I told him my brakes were still squeaking and the scratch was still there and I was given an appointment for October 4, 2021. He said when you come in I will contact **** to get this taken care of when you bring it in. On October 4, 2021, I dropped the car off for the brakes to be fixed. I received a call from the Service Writer **** that he did not hear any squeaking of the brakes. I'm confused because I know the brakes are squeaking. He said that per **** the brake pads were replaced. He said that I have new brakes on the car and asked me to just drive the car. I went to pick the car up and was driving away from the dealership and the noise was still there, it was even louder. Everyone outside could hear it. My husband heard it while trailing me back home. I turned around and went back to **** and ***** to say that the noise was still there and **** said that he did not hear anything, what now, he asked me to just drive the car and ***** and **** said when you bring it back on Thursday, October 14, 2021 we will look at the brakes again. He said if it rain the body mechanic cannot fix the car so come when it is not raining. I contacted ***** and **** today requesting a loaner and asking that they take the car until they fix it. **** said he did not have a loaner. I told him that I do not want this car because of the defect. He said it was not a defect. If it isn't why was I not told this when I purchase the vehicle. He would not want to be sold a car like this. ***** said he would talk to **** the Used Car Salesman today, October 7th, 2021, and I could bring it in around Tuesday or Thursday because he is off on Wednesday. This is a nightmare! I like the car but I do not want to have to deal with this. I have requested the car be replaced or refunded if it cannot be fixed. As a matter of fact, I have wasted too much time with this car. I do not want it. This has taken so much of my time and caused me sleepless nights and it really makes me sick.Review from Sue K

Rizza Cadillac is the best! The team at Rizza from the salespeople to management were extremely helpful, kind, and courteous! *** ********** helped finalize the deal and got me the most for my trade in! Thank you for an amazing experience!
