I dont normally write reviews. But I cannot let this go without mentioning the impeccable service that I have been receiving from DuPage RAM ever since I purchased my 2019 RAM **** Truck over 4 years ago. On December 7th I was involved in a front end collision with my truck. The first person I thought of that I knew would direct me to the right place was ******************* at ***** RAM in ****************. She absolutely cares about the customer and treats you the way she would like to be treated. She sent me to ******************* in ********** and hooked me up with the owner ****. My truck was back in my possession not only in a timely manner but better than it was before the crash! Thank you ******************* for your professionalism, experience and most of all your kindness. *******************

Where do I begin! This location is a SCAM SCAM this business needs to be shut down immediately. They changed the prices on my husbands contracts. They rush through paperwork so you do not catch it even if you take your time reading. The finance person will distract you. They did not give him the full amount on his 1yr old Tahoe with low miles he traded in. They switched his interest rate and added $4000.00 in hidden fees with no explanation. We called the bank to confirm the contract and the information they have do not match the information we have. The bank advise us to go to dealership and have them write up a new contract with corrections so they can cancel out the contract they have in system. My husband contacted ********************* and he said he will handle it and he did not handle it. ********************* has been ignoring my husband calls. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY IT IS ALL LIES LIES LIES. IT IS ILLEGAL what they are doing. Very illegal and it is sad that no one is doing anything about this dealership it needs to be shut down immediately. My husband tried calling again they reject his calls and do not return calls left from voicemail. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I WILL BE PROTESTING AGAINST THIS DEALERSHIP VERY SOON! I will be filling complaints after complaints. I will be reporting this business everywhere I can on every platform and on my blogs. Warning people to stay away from this SCAMMING BUSINESS. I WILL GIVE NO STARS BUT IN ORDER TO LEAVE REVIEW I HAVE TO GIVE A STAR. THEY DO NOT deserve ANY STARS.

We have worked out everything with the customer. There was a unintentional paperwork error which has been corrected.

I would never recommend this dealership. My husband bought a jeep from them in October. The first thing was the rims were all scuffed up. He didnt see the tires before buying it because it was on a lift and took the dealerships word that they were in good condition (our mistake). When he brought it to the sales guys attention, he said that he couldnt do anything about it. 2 weeks later, the check engine light came in. He had it read and it was a cylinder 5 misfire. Everyone he spoke with, told him he should not be driving it. DuPage told him they couldnt get him in for 3 weeks nor could they give him a rental car. We both work and need 2 cars. This was very disappointing as this car was bought TWO WEEKS PRIOR. We brought it to another Jeep dealership that got him in right away and we had to pay $400 for again, a car we just bought 2 weeks ago. After getting this issue fixed, another 3 weeks later the check engine light came on AGAIN. We brought it to the same dealership that graciously got us in before and a wire had melted due to not properly being installed after a head gasket was replaced Even though the car faxed showed there was no work ever shown being done on the car besides regular oil changes. So we had to get that fixed and we were again, without a car while that got fixed. Now about 6 weeks later, his car isnt blowing out heat. This is the most disappointing car we have ever bought. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone.
