    I brought my vehicle to Madza on or about 06/03/2023 for an oil change, and noticed my car was overheating but no indication warning appeared on my dashboard. Once the vehicle was checked I was told I need a new engine. I purchased an extended warranty which asked the dealership to do a teardown of the vehicle. Once refused I was instructed to take my vehicle someplace else through a service the warranty directly deals with. Once there a tear down was done and found that my Turbo had been leaking and this caused the vehicle to overheat with time and damage my entire engine. The warranty company won't fix the issue due to the car overheating which is something they says should have been noticed by maintaining all of my oil changes. It is something that should have been noticed. I at this point have no transportation and my car remains still unrepaired. I am seeking for them to change not only my engine but the turbo as well which is apparently what caused the issue. I'm not sure if something wasn't secured correctly or if when my battery that was purchased from them that had acid coming from it and was cleaned off had something to do with their being a leak in the turbo which ultimately damaged my engine. I trusted them to take care of the maintenance for the vehicle to ensure that nothing like this would happen, and now I am without my vehicle that I'm still responsible to pay a car note on. I ask that this issue be resolved in a fair manner so that I make it to work.

    I had an absolutely terrible experience with Mazda of Orland Park. In March 2021, I went with my father to purchase 2018 a Mazda 3 and the owner !! of the dealership provided a very horrible experience non professional in which I decided to detail in, my father tell hem fixed the brakes because it needs it, by the way my dad his technician and waste management for 30 years so saw it in a day they just replace brake pads so now after 10k my brakes doing noise my dad check it and on left inner pad is only 10% left life and the rest is over that 60% so my dad said they not doing good job. Then he says forget it you cant have the car. Youre not happy. At this point my father and I are floored, I did not allow them to run my credit again because I walked in with my own pre-approval. This was the most embarrassing, horrible experience car shopping. Again as a consumer if someone tries your establishment after a bad experience, you should thank them and try to better their experience. This dealership just doesnt have any class, any respect, and seemingly from their reviews on ****** this is the new approach they take with their customers who they claim to treat like family is to deny you service if you speak on a bad experience.

    I believe you have the wrong Dealership. We have not had a pre driven Mazda3 in stock in years. With the current inventory shortage, we have very very few used vehicles for retail sale and have not had a Mazda3 for over a year. I believe you may have us confused with a different Dealer. Also the entire account listed makes no sense. It seems to be partially copy and pasted from another review

    After further investigation we have determined that you purchased a 2018 Mazda3 from our store on 04/17/2021 with ****** miles on the odometer. You had taken the vehicle for an extended test drive and to inspect the vehicle on 04/14/2021. You had it for 2 days before bringing it back to purchase the vehicle. When you returned with the vehicle on 04/17/2021 you requested the front brakes be replaced for you to want to purchase the vehicle. So we replaced the front brakes. We also replaced the rotors. On 08/07/2021 you brought the vehicle into our service department for a squeaking that was being heard while braking. We determined that the squeak was coming from the rear brake pads. We replace the rear brake pads at no charge, the vehicle had ****** miles on it at that time. We have not seen your vehicle or heard of any issues from you since 08/13/2021 when you were in our service department for a tire replacement due to damage caused by a road hazard. We don't understand where this review is coming from. We also don't understand why you would copy and paste statements verbatim from a review left by another reviewer. Is there something else that has been wrong with your vehicle that we have not corrected?
