    There was a recall on Nissan 2013 Altima models for failed headlights. The dealer is unwilling to honor the recall and blaming Nissan corporate. Contacted Nissan corporate and they said the deler is resonsible. Being bounced back and forth between the delare and Nissan Coporate. Please help.I had to spend my own money to get this done as drving in teh night was becoming near immposible.

    My only complaint with Bill Kay Nissan is that they tell you you need repairs on your car when you don't. I was told I needed new brakes after a routine oil change. I declined with suspicion since I had new brakes put on not too long before, To be fair, I'm not sure it they were front or rear, but I was having no problems whatsoever braking. I took my car to another mechanic and was told I did not need brakes and had quite a while before I did. It has been over two years later, and I still don't need brakes! This is dishonest and very expensive. I have purchased several cars from ***************, and you would think they would value their customers by, at the very least, treating them fairly and honestly.The car salesmen have always been pleasant to work with.
