      SECOND COMPLAINT 6/6/22 company came and did a service for a neiburgh across the street after the where digging they dumped all dirt on my property side, called them more than a month to report. they told me ill take a month to fix its been more than a month and nothing yet hevent fix it yet !

      I do not understand the BBB A+ rating for this company. This does not match the experience I have had dealing with this company and the customer reviews. I have called them 3 times now to set up an auto payment. The first time was to confirm I was enrolled, the second time was to understand why I was not debited automatically and so was the third. The second time I called the customer service person was whistling during the phone call and obviously not taking my request seriously. He told me that I had given the incorrect information and that my bank had refused the wire transfer. Fair enough. I had confirmed the information was correct. Benefit of the doubt given and I input the same information again, confirm on the phone with the representative between 2-3 whistling sessions that the information is correct. I was also hinted at not being capable to read the information provided on my account because it did not match what the other person had on file - while I was reading the information directly from my account. I was able to set up my auto payment (supposedly) and schedule a one time payment to avoid my account being delinquent.Third time I call I have to wait 35 min to speak to a representative. Of course, I am calling because my auto payment did not go through and my account is yet once again delinquent. After 35 min of listening to the same information over and over I finally speak to a lady representing the company. I explain my problem in 10 seconds, she responds that she needs to look up the information and puts me to the back of the line where I have to be placed on hold once again. This company lacks seriousness and is completely incompetent in setting up properly their clients and attending to their needs. Unfortunately, they have distribution monopoly in the area where I live. Very disappointing.
