We hired Dibble Moving and Storage to move the contents of our home to a Storage Facility on 05-04-2022. There was a 5 man crew led by a man named *****. 4 of the crew members were great. They were courteous and did their work quickly and efficiently, except for *****. Throughout the moving process ***** kept asking me for a tip before they even moved anything out of the house. ***** kept telling me, "we got you", "we got you" when I was trying to tell him what I needed moved. Yet, when we were discussing what needed to go into the storage facility, he kept telling me he would not be able to fit everything and kept arguing with me and then 5 minutes later would tell me, "don't worry, don't worry, we got you" and then would ask again for a tip, and then tell me how good of a job they were doing. At one point, he decided to move a heavy piece of furniture down the stairs by himself and tore the plastic wrap on that piece of furniture, and then asked for a tip because he moved the furniture by himself which made no sense, because he had a 4 other men to help him. While we were at the Storage Facility unloading the first load, ***** at one point tapped me in the chest and said "See we'll get everything to fit". When we got back to my house for the 2nd load, ***** started arguing with me again, yelling in my house and swearing at me. I went into my backyard, and called the owner, ***** Dibble, to complain. ***** just made excuses for ******* behavior. The crew rushed loading up the 2nd load and did not wrap everything properly. I had to call the owner again to tell him to bring a crew to wrap up some of our pieces. I was charged for 7 hours of work, but the 5 man crew completed work in 6.5 hours. They arrived at my home at 9:20am, took a 45 minute lunch at 12:45pm, unloaded the truck in storage between 1:30pm and 2:30pm, and finished the final load at 4:30pm. For rude and shoddy service, I would like a full refund of $1937.50.
