Great company they did a great job with our move for our family.

Run don't walk from Del's! I don't make a habit of writing bad reviews; however, in this case I am compelled to in order to help others with their moving experience. I've moved numerous times over the years and this has been by far the worst experience. Never before have we had BROKEN, DAMAGED, DESTROYED AND COMPLETELY LOST belongings. I've been trying unsuccessfully, to resolve this since September, 2022. Calls, ************** go unanswered. Appointments made and broken to look for our missing items. Several visits to the warehouse have been eyeopening as to the way customers personal belongings and treasures are stored. Zero organization and valuables stacked with heavy boxes and items on top. We found a few of our belongings sitting on the floor...not in a crate, box or in storage of any kind. Still missing over $2000 worth of our property and this doesn't include what was broken or damaged. An offer of $500 was made in December as long as we signed a waiver; however, at that time we were still hoping to find our things. No communication or attempts to resolve since. I have a lot of photos showing the damaged items and condition of the warehouse. Attached are only a few pictures of the warehouse and damaged/broken items including a peloton screen. We have been extremely patient but this has gone on far too long. ****, ***** and ******* are not men of their word and not to be trusted.( I didn't want to give any stars but the review requires at least one)

Worst choice we ever made for our move. I wanted to give the job to a local company ***** to the big box moving companies. MISTAKE!! **** talked the talk but did not deliver. The movers did not wrap items and items that were packed in boxes were damaged before they went into the box. It seemed like the movers were picked off the street and not very professional. **** said any damage would be covered by insurance but after sending pictures and at least four phone calls(which were never returned) I have consigned myself that I made the wrong decision in hiring this company. BEWARE THE SMOOTH TALKERS AND FALSE PROMISES!

Im only leaving 1 star, because I have to. DO NOT use this moving company. I hired them 2 months ago to help with my out of state move. I had issues with the truck rental (they couldnt find a truck for me) and picked up the truck later than expected. I communicated with Dels along the way and was assured they would be there when I got the truck. After that I didnt hear back. I called and texted and got no response. They no-showed for my move. When I sent a last text asking if they werent coming, I got nothing in response. They are horrible at running a business. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

EXTEREME *******!!! Scheduled a small move w/ **** at my ***************** more than 3 weeks prior to the move. The Day before the move (scheduled for 8-9 am the next day) they called to say the "truck broke down...but they would arrive later on the day of the move by 2pm." Then as we approached 2 pm, **** called to say they couldn't make it. I was frustrated but in a bad position so when **** promised to come promptly the next morning, I was able to deal with that. However, At 8 am the next day I received a call from a person at the company who identified themselves as dispatch, the **** told me that the truck was broke down and that they would not be able to move us, period! Pathetic !!!
