I filed with these people before a chapter 13 and was paying off my chapter 13 good until I list two additional income. The monthly payment was 540. I had to stop paying my chapter 13 because I couldnt affird it Before canceling it I kept trying to get my payments reduce to $250 a month they couldnt do it So when my chapter 13 was dismissed because I couldn't keep up i then tried to file a chapter 7 . ***** told me if I file a chapter 7 they would take my house I appreciated her for telling me that. She then advise me to file a chapter 13 and If I did my payments would be lower than last time I filed and its double higher than the previous one. If I knew this I would not put down a $450 depoist plus another 150. They have all my incone and she know there is no way I coukd afford paying $900 a month towards my chapter 13 plus they fee and my Mortage rent light gas water. i only get ssa of $1015 and working part-time 3 or 4 days away and I just got back from a leave... i was deceived about my payments being lower than my previous payments in order for me to make a down payment I don't care about no Cma report I was coming in thinking I would paying between 200 to 350 a month. its only two creditors I wanted to pay one under $600 and the other one under 1500 and ssa. The rest Including the car loan from Santander and credit card bills im not worried about. I made payment arrangements with these two. so why would I pay $900 a month to chapter 13 then they fee.. I wrote excellent reviews about these people but thats about to change if I dont get my refund. I dont want to hear about them working on my case. ***** knew i was looking for payments that would be lower than the previous payment.... and they knew about my income just paying the 900 a month I wouldnt be able to pay my mortage .
