Having been using Eternally Green for several years for our lawn and crabapple trees. They do a great job for reasonable price. They always are nice on the phone and answer questions promptly and provide quick estimates. In fact, two of my sons are using them based on my recommendation and what they have noticed in my weedless and green lawn. I have watched them from time to time applying the weed/feed and they actually do stop and do spraying of any weed or two that popped up.

I was looking for a professional service for lawn care and asked my neighbor across the street, he recommended EGLS and I went with them. In the second year of having them Ive had to call and complain about their service tech damaging my gate to the back yard, called them last week to have them come out and look at my lawn because adjacent lots to mine have a lush green lawn. Neighbors yards that are self treated are greener than mine. A distinctive property line from their treatments and other services. Tech came out took one step into my yard and blamed it on lack of watering and a disease called dollar spots. Which at this point I believe the tech cause this problem. All properties they treat look the same. Either they starve application of nutrients it needs to save money or it was brought to the lots on their machine . I told him I wanted to talk the the owner. He made a call. Owners wife came out and was perplexed since I have a nice green lush spot right in the middle of my yard a d said she would have to get her husband to come out and look at it. 5 days later with no follow up I called and canceled services. Right away I got an email say she showed her husband photos and said it do to lack of watering. Another instance of when there is a problem with this companies service the blame the consumer. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

EGLC has a reliable service plan for the season every. Every ~6 I can expect a visit from the same company rep who delivers a speedy/good service on my property.
