      Bad service coupled with a bad attitude. They charged me an $80 "diagnostic fee" (refundable if the service is a warranty repair), checked out a few things, but absolutely refused to even look into the main issue I brought the mower in for. They said it's all fine, and that I should take the mower somewhere else if I'm not happy with their findings. Soon, this turned into an even bigger problem. So I go back there, ultimately got same answer: "Take it to another shop". The next place I took it too fixed the mower under warranty, the problem being precisely what Arlington Power Equipment was saying wasn't a problem worth looking into. I had to go back there with the repair receipt from the other place, to get my $80 back (since this was in fact a ****** warranty repair). So, at least I got refunded for them wasting my time and giving me grief. Their customer interaction is terrible. They'll lie to you, tell you that they spent hours on your machine with diagnostic tests, which actually take only minutes to do. They'll try to talk down to you, make it a point how they're the experts and you're not (evidently they're not either...they missed my engine problem, entirely). I should have known when I first stopped in there, watching how that service desk guy handled a little older man with a leaf blower starter issue, just totally blew him off. It was some simple problem, I spotted it immediately, pointed it out to the old fellow as he was leaving, made him happy. Desk guy's main concern though was to push him out the door. That's their customer service in a nutshell.
