Following the season, it was discovered that damage occurred to my private property (Hickory ********************* This damage was brought to Bill's attention along with pictures of the damaged areas in March 2022 -- as of June 2022, the major area has still not been repaired. Hickory Heights Condo has had previous business relationships with III Bros Landscaping but over the years *************************** has developed poor and no communication skills with his clients. In fact, within the last five years, III Bros Landscaping had ********** associations and due to ************************* lack of proper customer service and follow-up when there is a problem with his services, he has lost four of the five associations. As president and managing agent of a condo association, I raise the RED FLAG and do not hire III Bros Landscaping. The rating I gave III Bros Landscaping is ONE STAR and that's being generous/

***************** quite contrary,As you know, we have been plowing the snow there for the last 20 years and as we do every year in the spring we seed any lawn damage from the plows. This of course was done again this year. Right then we completed our responsibility to you. Maybe because you were late putting on your lawn sprinklers you didnt get the best results. A few weeks later you approached our crew working on the property behind you and he was nice enough to reseed it again for you. But you kept insisting you want sod not seed. This has never been the policy as you were told and already knew.Our work, our communication, and our customer service is top notch which is why weve been maintaining hundreds of HOAs and multi-family communities for over 30 years Again, its just like you to be speaking for other people when you say, his clients. You can only speak for yourself. You go on to talk for other associations when you have no idea why I do or do not service them and frankly its none of your business. As you know, the other 3 buildings you share a parking lot with would never tell you anything about us because they do not like you and are not on talking terms with you because youre always sticking your nose in their business, telling them what they should and should not do like youre also in charge of their association and frankly its none of your business.So, our communication with all of our customers is fine. What has developed over the years is your unbearable, **** retentive, obsessive personality disorder. Look it up, it says (******************) in parentheses. This is the reason we dont return you calls and messages and why we no longer do work for you. Im sorry but someone needs to tell you. I know youre used to people caving in after your relentless calls, emails, visits and obsession about what you want but its time someone takes a stand.We have completed our obligation to you and do not wish to do any more business with you so we will not be returning any communications for you.
