We signed a contract early March for a Large project with this company and paid 1/2 of the full payment up front. The company showed up one full day to start the project and then stopped showing up, stopped communicating with us around when any more work would be done, and left our property a mess. We were told a painter would come reseal our gazebo and after 4 days of no shows and us calling them to figure out when they'd be here, their young office manager showed up for 1.5 Hours and slapped on some seal. Our 100% cedar gazebo was ruined. Our patio was left with a broken stone and was never properly sanded or sealed. Our grill/fire pit gas line was left open to air/water for 8 weeks -- the hole filled with 2' of water which has led to various other issues with the line. Our patio stones that were supposed to be leveled were not leveled. Our landscape lighting was replaced but exposed wires were left above ground. After several more weeks of no communication/no shows, my husband started trying to get in touch with someone... After another entire week of no response/communication, we let the company know we needed to proceed in a different direction -- their response was "okay" and hung up. One week later, we received a **** via email (still no response via phone) for $2K over what we originally agreed upon AND much of the work was never done. My husband left messages with the owner, the office manager, the billing office, and our rep and 10 days later has not heard back from anyone.
