My experience with Land Equity was excellent and effortless. From the time I expressed my interest in the property until the day of closing, Elle was there to guide every step of the way. I was hesitant to buy a property off of this website based on the bad reviews. However, I went ahead and made a purchase during nonbusiness hours. The next business day I reached out to the company and was told the property that I was trying to purchase was no longer available. I was a little disappointing that the website wasnt updated but they issued me a full refund right away. They also suggested other resources for property in the area I was looking to buy. I didnt have any issues getting them to answer the phone. The person I spoke to was very polite and helpful.Review from Patrick F

I had no issue with Land Equity, the transaction took place quickly, able to see my name as owner on the county appraiser website, i had no negative comments about the transaction. Communication was decent, i did call at one time to no answer, but emails were followed up upon promptly, and my unanswered call was just one time, they reached out to me by phone without prompting as well. Overall the transaction was handled quickly, professionally, and honestly, i worked with **** who was very professional. I have no complaints.Review from William V.

Do not I repeat do not buy your home or land from this company. They lie to you and will rip you off please trust me. My family and I paid off our home over a year early. These people wont answer the phone and if you do get them on the phone they give you a bunch of lies and excuses of why they still havent done what they said they would do. Its been almost a month now and our land and home that we fully paid for still hasnt been put in our name yet and the county clerks tax office and registered deeds office said that Land Equity doesnt even have us down as buying the property and home. Thank goodness I have all receipts and contracts. I turned them into the better business bureau today and unfortunately will probably have to take them to court. Please whoever reads this protect yourselves and no matter how good the deal is DO NOT BUY **** THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST.
