Articles in original condition (except for special order items) may be returned for 14 days or exchanged within 30 days of sale. Refunds are issued only to the purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Cash payment will be refunded by check. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Sales involving trade-ins, bullion, coins, clearance, financed, and discounted items are not returnable or exchangeable. Exchanged items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Articles purchased on our website may be returned or exchanged in our store or returned by mail within 30 days. Articles must be in original unworn condition. Special order items and items altered at the customer’s request are not returnable. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment. Our showroom is filled with beautiful jewelry from designers
around the world including Tacori, Simon G., Jack Kelege, Verragio, Galatea,
Spark Creations, Breuning, PANDORA, and many more.
